Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the items in their original product packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box, ensuring you include the RMA slip inside.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
