Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. For oversized items like pianos or drum kits, delivery may take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Most items can be returned in original condition; however, software, sheet music, and personal items like harmonicas or reeds cannot be returned once opened.
